Employee Referral Program
DISCOVER WHO'S NEXT @ Kama!
If you refer a candidate to an open position, you may be eligible for a referral
bonus of $500!
Who is eligible to participate?
Any employee on the Kama payroll can participate with the exception of kama
executive staff, employees in the Human Resources Department, and direct or
indirect supervisors of the designated job opening.
What positions are bonus eligible?
Any benefits-eligible full or part-time position that has been posted on the
Kama website is bonus eligible for $500. This excludes temp hourly positions
such as Student Associates, as well as International Fellows.
How do I refer someone?
If you know someone who is interested in a position at Kama, you should send an
Email to Resumes@Kamaco.com indicating the title along with the
candidate's resume.
When do I receive the bonus?
You will receive your bonus after the new employee has worked 90 consecutive
days. Both you and the new employee must be employed by Kama at the time of the
bonus payment. If the new employee listed more than one referral source, the
payment will be evenly divided among those sources.
Any fine print?
Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the bonus; current
Kama employees and employees of Kama affiliates, or anyone who has worked for
Kama or one of its affiliates within the last twelve months, do not qualify as
bonus eligible candidates. This includes regular, student, as well as employees
working at Kama through a temporary agency or as an independent consultant. The
Kama Employment and Diversity Department sponsors this program and reserves the
right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for open
positions covered by the program. The Employment and Diversity Department
reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the
program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an
individual basis.
Retroactive submissions are not eligible.
The Employee Referral Form must be submitted no later than the new employee's
first day of work.
