Kama is hiring,  if you have an H1 visa,  we can transfer it

This information is specific to visa sponsored personnel. When you decide to join Kama Consulting Inc. we begin a fairly lengthy process of logistics to make your American experience a positive one for you and your family.  This includes legal requirements for visas and work authorization.  We need many documents before the Department of Immigration will grant us a work visa (H1-B).  We will give you a list of these requirements together with your contract.  Once we have received your contract together with these documents, we will apply for a visa on your behalf,  this process can be quick or can take as much as 90 days, we do need a contract in place already as we incur significant costs for the acquisition of the visa.  Once the visa is approved, we will send you a "Notice of Action" to get your visa stamped into your passport, after which we can plan your arrival in the USA.  When you have a date in mind, contact Rod McFadden and he will arrange your air ticket etc.

After your arrival and orientation in the USA, the Sales team will set up interviews for you.  They will coach you on "American Interview techniques."  We do expect of you to be flexible on location.  Our clients are situated throughout the USA.  The dress code within Kama is dependent on the client site that you are working.  If the Client requires Jacket and tie,  this is expected of you.  many of our clients have moved toward the "casual attire" everyday, and in these circumstances, we expect you to be smart and yet casual.
